The 2004 Miss Central Louisiana and the Miss Spirit of Louisiana Pageants will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2004, at 6:00 PM in the DeRidder High School Auditorium.

The Central Louisiana Scholarship Association, Inc., was organized in 1997, to bring to Beauregard Parish a local Miss Louisiana-America preliminary. 
 
Since 1997, the association has provided approximately $13000.00 in Cash and Tuition Scholarships to the young women who have represented our organization.
 
 

Our purpose:

CLSA is dedicated to assisting the young women of Louisiana in achieving their life goals through personal development and education.

The Spirit of Louisiana Title

 

The Spirit of Louisiana title will be awarded to the highest scoring newcomer in each group.  A newcomer is someone who has never competed in the Miss Teen or Miss Louisiana-America State finals before.
